They are seeking a Travel Operations Executive to join their team. The role is remote and 5 days a week and comes with a salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience.Travel Operations Executive responsibilities:Support after?sales operations for the reservations teamCheck bookings and documentation with complete accuracyManage amendments including changes, cancellations and additionsHandle client requests (seating, assistance, luggage etc.)Liaise with suppliers to confirm all arrangementsMeet ticketing and payment deadlinesMaintain quality control across costings, spelling and grammarProvide in?resort support when requiredTravel Operations Executive skills required:Travel industry experience (tour operator background ideal) Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own workloadHigh attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communicationExceptional customer service and a desire to exceed expectationsAdditional information:Salary up to £28,000 dependent on experienceFully remoteMonday-Friday (2 Saturdays per month on rotation with a day off in the week22 days holidayPension Permanent
