Our Client is currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Car Dealership.

Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager for our Client

- Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.

The salary for this Aftersales Manager position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £55,000.
