Aftersales Manager

Our client, a reputable automotive business located in Heathrow, is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead their service and parts departments. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Aftersales Manager looking to advance into a leadership role within a well-established main dealer passenger car operation.

Duties:

• Lead, motivate, and develop the service and parts teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Enhance workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability as the Aftersales Manager
• Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and uphold Mercedes-Benz quality standards
• Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively
• Develop strategies to increase parts sales and service revenue
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Conduct regular performance appraisals, one-to-ones, and personal development plans for team members
• Oversee health and safety policies, risk assessments, and safety training
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance departments to uphold company standards
• Drive business growth initiatives and staff development from the front

Requirements:

• Extensive motor industry experience with a proven track record in an aftersales management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of workshop operations and service processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of customer satisfaction strategies and market analysis
• Ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve high performance
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
