Duties of the Aftersales Manager involve:

• Overseeing all Aftersales operations, including service, parts, and workshop teams
• Managing daily workshop performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets
• Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service departments
• Developing staff through training, motivation, and performance management
• Controlling department budgets and ensuring commercial targets are met
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Maintaining effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers

Requirements for the role:

• Proven experience as an Aftersales / Aftersales Manager within a dealership environment
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs effectively
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant industry qualifications are desirable but not essential
