Aftersales Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Aftersales Manager based in Biggleswade for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. This role requires a NVQ Level 3 in Plant Engineering or equivalent in a relevant industry. Summary of the Aftersales Manager role Salary: Up to £62,000Location: Biggleswade Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 per week (8-4.30/8.30-5pm) Responsibilities of the Aftersales Manager Lead the daily operations of the depot, ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety regulationsMonitor and maintain utilisation and work in progress targetsLiaise with the administration team and Aftersales Supervisor to support accurate and prompt invoicingOffer advanced technical support to field service engineers and customersEnsure all aftersales administration is handled accurately and promptlyDrive revenue growth and regularly review profit and loss statementsTeam Management and conduct team meetingsEnsure engineers receive the necessary trainingAct as the main point of escalation for resolving customer complaints or issues Requirements for a successful Aftersales Manager NVQ Level 3 in Plant Engineering or equivalent within a relevant sectorAbility to demonstrate effective leadership skillsAbility to articulate highly developed customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to use own initiativeWillingness and flexibility to travel across the UK, Ireland, and overseas as required by the business About Allstaff RecruitmentWe re an independent ..... full job details .....
