Aftersales Manager £50,000 Basic Salary £85,000 OTE Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday 08:00am 6:00pm No Weekend Work Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Manager to take responsibility for a large and established Aftersales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager who has spent at least two years in a similar leadership role and is confident managing a sizeable team, driving departmental performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a team of approximately 35 staff, with a strong focus on leadership, productivity, profitability and the overall performance of the Aftersales department. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage an Aftersales team of approximately 35 employees. Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the department. Drive departmental performance, productivity and profitability. Monitor and manage key performance indicators and financial targets. Coach, motivate and develop team members to maximise individual and departmental performance. Ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and workshop performance. Work closely with senior management to achieve wider business objectives. Ensure all operational, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained. Deal confidently with customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
