If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries regarding aftersales services and supportSchedule and manage service appointments while maintaining optimal customer communicationCollaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely service deliveryProvide customers with updates and resolutions regarding their service experiencesPromote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfactionContribute to achieving aftersales performance targets£12.98 an hour. £30,387, OTE £45,000Shifts are working 45 hours a week over 5 days. The client is open 7.30am-6.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
