A day in a life and the impact you ll make DEKRA have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Dealer Development Coach to join the Daimler Truck UK Limited aftersales improvement programme. You will be responsible for providing aftersales coaching to the DTUK network, delivering expertise in aftersales process delivery and management in line with DTUK service processes. This is a key role working with one of our major clients and as such you will be required to influence change at all levels within the business in support of delivering the programme aims, objectives, key performance improvement measures and desired return on investment.
