Holt Engineering are recruiting an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join our client in Poole, they offer a friendly and professional working environment within new and modern offices. This company are a fast growing and dynamic industry leader, they are forward thinking, always welcoming new ideas and initiative. They are looking for a proactive and motivated person to join their Spare Parts team as they continue to excel within their field, they pride themselves on their customer service and are looking for a like minded person to deliver an efficient service ensuring a smooth distribution of spare parts to customers and service teams. This is a permanent opportunity paying 27- 30,000pa DOE, the role is office based working Monday to Friday.Duties for the successful Aftersales Coordinator:Handle customer enquiries for spare parts in a timely and professional mannerPrepare, issue, and track quotations through to order, invoicing, and completionLiaise with internal teams to ensure parts availability and smooth order fulfilmentCoordinate delivery schedules across customers, suppliers, and internal departmentsProduce regular reports on enquiries, sales activity, and performance against targetsSupport outbound activity and conversion goals to drive aftersales revenueProactively follow up quotations via outbound contact to improve conversion ratesPromote relevant product upgrades, services, and special offersMaintain regular contact with customers to assess stock levels ..... full job details .....
