The focus is on delivering consistently high levels of customer care while maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and manufacturer partners.  The Aftersales Advisor is part of the aftersales department and reports directly to the Service Manager. This role acts as the main link between customers, technicians, and the parts team, ensuring service and repair work is coordinated smoothly, efficiently, and in a professional manner.  A key part of the role is to maximise workshop capacity while identifying opportunities to promote additional services, products, and parts where appropriate.   Key Responsibilities     Assess and confirm customer service and repair requirements.   Provide clear estimates of expected costs and completion times to manage expectations.
