What will you be doing as Aftersales Administrator:Working as a team of 2 within the Aftersales Team you will provide resolutions to any issues customers may have with their orders. Duties will include: Dealing mostly with customer complaints and resolving issues via email and telephoneInvestigating and solving customers problems, including complex or long standing problems that have been passed on by other teams Liaising with internal departments, suppliers and couriersDealing with invoice and credit note queriesImproving customer service procedures, policy and standardsLiaising with the management team to improve customer serviceWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Previous experience in a business to business customer service based roleExperience dealing with complaint handling would be beneficialSomeone who is genuinely ..... full job details .....
