We''re looking for an Aftercare Supervisor in our Leeds Business Location: Leeds / Yorkshire Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday Rate: Flexible basic hourly + generous OT rates for weekday and weekend overtime. What will you be responsible for? As aftercare supervisor you''ll be working closely with the Regional aftercare manager, across a variety of projects in the region, liaising with clients and end users. Your day to day will include: Responding to aftercare calls. liaising with clients / end users to asses any works to be undertaken.Undertaking general remedial works. Arranging specialist trades where required. Assessing work undertaken by sub contractors, ensuring timescales and quality are met. Logging work completion. Reporting on open aftercare calls to the aftercare manager Ensuring all works undertaken are done so safely Assessing method statements What are we looking for?
