Aftercare Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager to take ownership of the post-completion service across a portfolio of commercial new build and refurbishment projects, valued between 3million - 35million on average. This is a client-facing role, focused on managing and resolving defects for a 12-month period after Practical Completion.The RoleBased out of our Sheffield office, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, providing a professional and approachable service on a daily basis. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and internal teams to ensure defects are resolved quickly and to the highest standard, while maintaining strong client relationships.
