To ensure the smooth running of the companies aftercare serviceWorking hours:
Monday to Friday 8AM - 4:30PMHoliday entitlement:

Up to £26k, DOE
Main Aspects Of The Role
Cross department liaison (FIMs, Factory, Purchasing) to gain resolutions of customer issues
Client liaison to assist with requirements and appointment bookings
Schedule remedial appointments
Record updates from external teams onto in-house system
Work alongside factory team to ensure that changes/updates are actioned
Follow up on factory shortage reports and action as required
Prioritise high debt remedials and priority clients
Liaise with fitters and polishers regarding their availability
Escalate any issues or risks to the appropriate person
To adhere to the departmental procedures as advised
Primary Person Specification
Experience in a scheduling team/dept would be advantageous
Experience of dealing effectively with complaints on the telephone and in writing
Be able to work unsupervised
Confident telephone manner
Clean and concise written and verbal communication skills
Willing to take on/learn new skills
Very strong attention to detail
Must be able to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances
Be able to work in a team environment
Excellent IT skills
