After-School Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an After - School Teaching Assistant to support out of hours children in Primary Schools based in South Liverpool. This role is ideal for someone looking for Part Time hours whilst being able to gain valuable experience supporting pupils in school.

Successful candidates will need past experience working with children, hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification (essential) and be able to work from 15:30 - 17:30.

Whilst in the role you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the running of the after-school provision.

• Supporting pupils with fun, structured activities (arts, crafts, games, sports).

• Ensuring children are safe, engaged, and happy throughout the session.

• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

• Helping with set-up, tidying, and preparation of resources.
