Key responsibilities Deliver structured and engaging after school club activities for children aged 5-1.Ensure a safe, inclusive and well manged environment at all times.Support children Social, Emotional and Development needs.Work in accordance with the EYFS framework and safeguarding PoliciesProvide effective support for pupils with special education needs.Build and maintain professional relationships with staff, parents and careers. Requirement for the Ater School Club Assistant role Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalentExperienced working with children aged 5-11 yearsStrong knowledge on the EYFS frameworkExperience supporting children with SEN needs.Excellent communication and people skillsReliable, Punctual and professions approach.
