After School Club Assistant ABOUT THE SCHOOL Prospero Teaching is looking for an After School Club Assistant for a welcoming two form-entry primary school in Merton, South West London. The successful After School Club Assistant will join a dedicated team committed to providing a high-quality, stimulating, and caring environment for children of all ages attending the after-school provision. The position is only open to experienced Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location: Merton, South West London Position: After School Club Assistant Type of Work: Supporting and supervising children during after-school club activities, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for children of all ages Start Date: September 2026 Pay Rate: GBP50 - GBP55 per day (depending on experience) Hours: 3:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (15 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term time only excluding INSET days) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience working with children is desirable Ability to provide a warm, caring, and responsive environment for children Experience working effectively as part of a team in a primary school Flexible and adaptable approach to supporting children of different ages and mixed abilities Strong communication and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
