Due to continued growth and demand for their villa holidays, they are now recruiting for an After Sales Villa Consultant to join their dynamic team to manage client enquiries and book additional services to enhance the clients experience such as local excursions, bars, restaurants, events, museums etc Applicants will need to be comfortable dealing with HNWIs and possess previous travel experience or hotel concierge experience is required This is a great opportunity to join a company who create a positive and rewarding environments for all their employees and truly value their commitment to the company. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with office being based in Central London. After Sales Villa Consultant Tasks and Responsibilities: Liaising with clients after they have booked properties through the sales team to organise any extra services or experiences they require. This may involve organising detailed itineraries with many activities and experiences throughout their trip. Liaising with suppliers in various destinations to help organise these extras for clients.
