• Reconnect with previous or existing customers via phone and email

• Handle customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems

• Provide exceptional service and ensure thorough follow-up on customer queries

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Friendly, confident, and proactive approach

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using phones and managing multiple tasks

• Previous experience in customer service or sales support

• -28,000 - -30,000 annual salary

• Monday to Friday schedule
