Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, you''ll be part of a small, friendly team, and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the after-sales workshop. You will allocate daily work, prioritise jobs and manage the technician team, while also carrying out hands-on inspection, servicing, repair and installation work, and habitation services on motorhomes. You and your team will diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, gas (LPG), bodywork, cabinetry and appliances, and perform damp checks/water ingress diagnostics and complete remedial repairs. The role requires work to be completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer and industry standards, while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting the development of the team, including trainee technicians.
