The role supports the regional sales team and runs focused campaigns on priority areas. It carries monthly and annual sales targets with an associated commission/bonus scheme. The successful After-Sales Executive will be responsible for: Answer inbound customer calls and emails promptly, resolving queries or passing them to the right person. Process spare parts orders and coordinate their delivery and assist with stock checks and inventory activities. Liaise with engineers to understand site findings and keep customers informed. Sell maintenance contracts and spare parts by phone and email. Prepare accurate quotations for service agreements, planned maintenance, remedial works, spare parts and upgrades.
