Africa Travel Consultant Duties:

• Designing and selling luxury tailormade holidays across East & Southern Africa - including Kenya, Tanzania, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mozambique, and the Indian Ocean Islands.
• Creating everything from iconic safaris and small-group tours to complex family itineraries and honeymoons.
• Getting involved in product development,not just selling it, but helping to shape it, build supplier relationships and bring new ideas to the table.
• Delivering exceptional, consultative customer service from first enquiry to post-travel.
• Utilising your destination expertise and GDS skills to create seamless, cutting-edge itineraries.

Africa Travel Consultant - Essential Requirements:

• Proven background working for a specialist tour operator - essential.
• Strong, recent sales experience selling Africa-as a primary destination.
• Outstanding product knowledge across East and Southern Africa.
• A natural sales closer with a passion for luxury tailor-made travel.
• GDS experience is ideal but not essential.
