Affiliates Manager Beauty International Growth Competitive Salary We are partnering with a fast-growing UK beauty brand with a highly engaged global customer base to recruit an Affiliates Manager to drive the growth of its affiliate programme. The Affiliates Manager will take ownership of the channel across Rakuten, managing publisher relationships, budgets, commercial opportunities and performance, with a particular focus on international expansion and the US market. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who understands affiliate marketing and knows how to build partnerships that deliver both revenue and new customer growth. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the affiliate programme through Rakuten, with accountability for commercial performance.Manage and develop existing publisher relationships while identifying and securing new partners.Own affiliate budgets, commissions, placements and commercial negotiations.Identify growth opportunities across content, editorial, loyalty, creator and community-led publishers.Support international expansion, particularly across the US affiliate market.Analyse performance by publisher, campaign and market, turning data into clear commercial recommendations.Produce regular reporting on revenue, ROI, publisher performance and channel growth.Explore new platforms, publishers and partnership opportunities to expand the channel.Work closely with wider Marketing, Ecommerce and International teams to support customer and ..... full job details .....
