Industry: Aerospace/DefensePosition: Aerospace Supplier Quality RepresentativeLocation: London, UKDuration: Minimum 6 monthsFrequency: Full-time 35 p/h Main responsibilities:Lead, assess and investigate supplier quality issuesLead, plan and execute high complex and cross-functional projects and initiativesLead and participate to quality reviews, PMRs and governances with 2nd level of management (Directors)Identify improvement opportunities, team efficiency, capability among the team and other stakeholders.Define Corrective action and improvement plan with the suppliersPropose innovative solutions and elaborate optimum solution for complex issues and manage the deployment of the solution.Perform a risk analysis for complex solutions.Elaborate and recommend a strategy on how the decision shall be communicate.Perform data analysis and generate KPI on supplier''s quality performanceManage RNC / VRNC Q and tasks that required MRB approvalProvide technical support and coaching on quality tools to the team members and stakeholdersAct as a mentor and participate to define the strategic plans of the departmentOther responsibilities (if required):Plan and Perform FAI reviewInvoke and Perform source inspectionReview and approve quality forms (ex: dropship) Requirements:Minimum of 7 years experience in aerospaceMinimum of 7 years experience in QualityExtensive experience in problem solving and root cause analysisExperience using the problem solving methodologies and tools: 8D, PDCA, 5 ..... full job details .....
