The successful candidates will ideally have previous experience within an aerospace, engineering or manufacturing environment and will be comfortable working with tools, components and production processes.This role would suit candidates with practical engineering or manufacturing experience who are looking to develop their skills within the aerospace industry.Key Responsibilities Assist with the manufacture, assembly and finishing of aerospace components.Carry out a range of semi-skilled production and assembly tasks.Use hand tools, power tools and basic manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.Work from engineering drawings, work instructions and production documentation.Carry out drilling, deburring, riveting, fastening and basic fitting activities as required.Measure and inspect components using basic measuring equipment.Ensure components are produced to the required quality and dimensional standards.Identify and report defects, damage or quality issues.Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.Follow all company, health and safety and quality procedures.Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
