This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Engineer, Senior Inspector, Quality Supervisor or Team Leader looking to step into an Aerospace Quality Manager position whilst remaining hands-on and involved in day-to-day quality activities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Aerospace Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Quality Management System, leading a team of inspectors, managing FAIR activities and ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. The RoleAs the Aerospace Quality Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality performance across the business whilst supporting production, customers and regulatory requirements. This is a highly varied position where no two days are the same.Responsibilities include:Managing and maintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System. Creating, reviewing and approving FAIRs and LAIRs. Supporting and administering VisualFAIR documentation.Planning and conducting internal audits.
