Aerospace Operations CoordinatorA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aerospace Operations Coordinator to join a leading global freight forwarding business specialising in time-critical aerospace logistics, based in Colnbrook.Working within a specialist night shift operation supporting the aviation industry, you will manage urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipments and ensure critical aircraft parts are delivered around the globe without delay.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced freight forwarding professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working within time-critical logistics.Duties and Responsibilities of an Aerospace Operations CoordinatorManage end-to-end Air Freight import and export shipments, with a primary focus on exports.Coordinate urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) movements within strict customer deadlines.Liaise with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents, customs authorities and customers.Provide regular shipment updates and maintain exceptional customer service.Respond quickly and professionally to urgent operational enquiries and customer emails.Monitor shipments to ensure agreed service levels are achieved.Work closely with internal teams to deliver time-critical logistics solutions.Support customs processes where required.The Successful Aerospace Operations CoordinatorPrevious experience managing end-to-end Air Freight operations.Strong knowledge of Air Export operations, with import experience also ..... full job details .....
