The Role:     Teach and assess students across classroom, tutorial, and practical aeronautical engineering environments.    Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons while providing constructive feedback to track learner progress.    Act as a Personal Tutor, offering academic guidance, pastoral support, and monitoring overall student achievement.    Support wider college initiatives, including employer engagement, student placements, and open recruitment events.    Lead or contribute to course design, quality assurance reviews, and the development of schemes of work.
