Advocacy Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Part Time Advocacy Support Worker with the delivery of our Community One-to-One Advocacy project. The Project Worker / Advocacy Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver a high-quality, person-centred Community One-to-One Advocacy service across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project, the postholder will help ensure that project objectives, outcomes, and timescales are achieved in line with organisational policies and funder requirements. The postholder will work directly with individuals with learning disabilities, autistic people, and other vulnerable adults to help them understand their rights, access services, overcome barriers, and improve their independence and wellbeing. They will also support the Project Manager with community outreach, volunteer coordination, partnership working, monitoring and evaluation, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the effective delivery and ongoing development of the project. ..... full job details .....
