      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | About the role You will join a team managing Galop''s specialist advocacy services, providing support to LGBT+ victims and survivors of abuse and violence in the UK, with a specialist focus on children and young people who have experienced abuse and/or violence. You will work within the advocacy management team to deliver advice, support, and advocacy to thousands of LGBT+ victims and survivors of interpersonal abuse and violence each year. You will manage a team of specialist advocates providing needs-led support, information and advocacy to LGBT+ survivors of a range of violence and abuse, including domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime and conversion practices as they pertain to children and young people. You will be responsible for oversight of all referrals that come into the Children and Young People''s service in London and across the UK. You will be empathetic and thoughtful in your approach to understanding clients'' needs, while remaining boundaried and mindful of self-care.
