You will be responsible for-day-to-day administration involved in servicing clients and writing new business. You will-will work closely with a financial planner and associate financial planner to service a defined-client bank. Duties Include: Ensuring-that all company processes are adhered to. Ensuring-that all communications are recorded and indexed in the document management system-(SharePoint) Ensuring-immaculate and up-to-date records on the back-office system (Curo) Managing-and maintaining a task list within Curo and Outlook.- New business processing, completing forms and submitting to financial product providers. Producing valuations Production of Annual Planning Meeting (APM) preparation pack. General administration and processing.
