Advice Services Manager Reporting to: Head of Contracts and Service Development Location: Belfast Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary Package: - £37,672 gross p/annum Benefits 4 x Annual Salary (death in service life insurance benefit) 8% (employer 3% + employee 5%) Pension Generous free cash back and healthcare scheme Leave 25 days annual leave plus 13 statutory days and birthday off Duration: Permanent full time, with six-month probationary period The Advice Services Managers will jointly lead operations and be a part of the Strategic Management Team at Advice Space to help deliver our Strategic Plan. We are looking for an excellent communicator with strong leadership skills and proven experience in operations, project and funder management, and people management, alongside a clear commitment to building and delivering high-quality advice services. About the role The Advice Services Manager will support Advice Space''s vision by jointly leading the Advice Services Team of staff and volunteers across all its office site locations and ensuring high-quality efficient delivery of triage, helpline, advice and representation services and developing a structure for proactive learning and growth opportunity.
