About the RoleAs Interim Advice Manager, you''ll manage an advice service across multiple sites, leading staff and volunteers who deliver advice on benefits, housing, debt and immigration. You''ll combine hands-on delivery (including a small caseload) with oversight of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
