Role: Advice and Triage WorkerLocation: Wakefield (5 mins from Westgate station)Salary: £14.34 ph PAYE or £18ph umbContract: Temporary- possible permanent roleHours: Full-time 35 hours per week. 3 days from the office and 2 days from home (Friday from home and either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)Are you organised, compassionate and passionate about supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse? We re looking for a Triage/Administrator to join a busy domestic abuse service in Wakefield.You ll combine administration, referral triage and case management support, acting as an initial point of contact for victim-survivors and providing information, advice and guidance to service users, professionals and partner agencies.What You''ll Be DoingActing as the initial point of contact and triaging standard-risk referrals and self-referrals - Helpline Providing information, advice and guidance to service users and professionalsManaging referrals, emails, telephone enquiries and case management recordsIdentifying and responding appropriately to safeguarding and risk concernsSupporting multi-agency working, including MARAC, DRAM and IDARTMaintaining accurate, confidential and GDPR-compliant recordsProviding general administrative support, preparing reports, letters and meeting minutesAttending team, case management and external meetings as requiredSupporting the smooth day-to-day running of the serviceWhat We''re Looking ForKnowledge and understanding of the issues facing women who ..... full job details .....
