Job Title: Radio and Podcast Advertising Sales Executive Location: Wrexham Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 Job Type: Full-time About the Role We re looking for a driven and commercially minded Radio and Podcast Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering creative advertising solutions across both traditional radio and fast-growing podcast platforms. You ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients from local businesses to national brands helping them connect with engaged audiences through compelling audio campaigns. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising clients Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts Develop tailored radio and podcast advertising solutions for clients Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver effective campaigns Stay up to date with industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activity Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline What We re Looking For Proven experience in sales (media, advertising, or digital preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills A proactive, target-driven mindset Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Interest in radio, podcasts, and audio media Self-motivated with excellent organisational ..... full job details .....
