We are seeking an Advertising Account Coordinator to support the onboarding, activation, and growth of advertisers on a leading digital advertising platform.Working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, you''ll help customers launch campaigns, adopt platform features, optimise performance, and achieve their business goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience . Key Responsibilities Support advertiser onboarding, account setup, and campaign activation.Guide customers through billing configuration, user access, and platform adoption.Create reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support customer growth.Identify optimisation opportunities and recommend best practices.Coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders and support teams.Manage customer requests and ensure SLA commitments are met.Utilise AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Co-pilot, to improve productivity and customer outcomes.
