Job Title: Advanced Process Control Expert Location: London (Fully Remote) Salary/Rate: £500-£540 a day Start Date: End of April Job Type: Control - 10 months Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Process Control (APC) Expert to support manufacturing clients across Europe. This role focuses on delivering high-quality APC solutions, improving process efficiency, and ensuring optimal plant performance through advanced modelling and control strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyse client requirements to understand process control objectives for APC implementationDesign, develop, and implement APC models tailored to manufacturing processesIntegrate APC solutions with existing DCS/PLC systems and configure controllers accordinglyPerform data analysis using historian data to identify optimization opportunitiesDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency, stability, and performancePrepare detailed technical reports documenting methodologies, findings, and resultsMaintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal project teamsSupport ongoing optimization and troubleshooting of control systemsMandatory Skills andamp; ExperienceStrong expertise in process control and APC model developmentProven experience with DCS integration and controller configurationSolid background in data analysis and process optimizationExperience working with industrial historian data systemsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation ..... full job details .....
