Advanced Practitioner Sonographer Location: Leicester Salary: £48,000 £60,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Reporting to: Head of Operations About the Company Diagnostic World is a leading provider of diagnostic services, working with a range of healthcare organisations and partners to deliver high-quality patient-focused diagnostic care. We are looking for an experienced Advanced Practitioner Sonographer to join our team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Sonographer who is confident working independently, providing high-quality ultrasound examinations and producing accurate clinical reports. You will play an important role in delivering a comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound service while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, governance and patient experience. The Role As an Advanced Practitioner Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic ultrasound services to patients on behalf of Diagnostic World and our client partners. You will work independently while collaborating with other Sonographers and healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive safe, efficient and high-quality care. Day-to-Day Duties Perform a range of ultrasound examinations, including: General abdominal, Gynae, Pelvic, Small parts, Vascular, MSK, Early Pregnancy, where appropriately trained Independently perform ultrasound examinations to the required clinical and quality standards.
