      <description>Location: Liverpool | Salary: 40.00-40.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Our client Liverpool city council is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Fostering support and supervision team.We are looking for a new social worker within Fostering Support and Supervision, to specifically support foster carers who have recently been assessed under Regulation 24.Candidates must be experienced in Fostering - specifically within Support and Supervision and have strong knowledge of Fostering Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Fostering Standards to apply for the roleThe role includes;Providing high level of support and guidance to Foster Carers ensuring they meet the national minimum standards and Fostering regulations and children achieve their potential and best possible outcomesIdentifying any training needs of the Foster Carers and ensuring foster cares complete statutory trainingRegular supervision visits to all Foster Carers, undertaking high quality sessionsCompletion of formal annual reviewsMaking informed child centred decisions, applying critical reflection and analysis in complex casesAbility to meet demands of the service, producing consistent high quality work to good standard within set timescalesEnsure children and young people are ...</description>
