Based in Tavistock Rates up to -41ph. 3 month minimum contract. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements. Required to be in the office 2.5 days per week. Location - The Byre Yealmpton, Ivybridge, Devon PL8 2NN Candidate must be: * Social Worker. * At least 5yrs post qualifying experience. * Knowledge and experience of Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interests, Deprivation of Liberty, Care Act 2014 - Good legal literacy. * Able to provide comprehensive and effective management skills and supervision to the team. * Able to manage the day to day waiting lists and reviewing function. * Able to provide support and guidance to the team and duty function. * Be able to deputise for team manager as required. Ability to respond promptly, carry out proportionate assessment and recording, working closely with community colleagues and health partners as required.
