Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) - Long Term Locum

Location: Community (NG8 - BASE)
Service:-Home Visiting Service
Pay:--45 LTD p/h (PAYE Options available) + 45p mileage claimable

Days:-Ideally 4 days per week - Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays (4th day being either Wednesday or Thursday)
Shift Time:-9am-5pm (30 min unpaid break)
Contract:-Long-Term Locum | ASAP Start

Job Summary
We are recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to support a Home Visiting Service across Mid Nottinghamshire. This role is ideal for a confident, autonomous clinician who is an independent prescriber and experienced in delivering high-quality care in community and home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat patients
• Prescribe independently in line with national and local clinical guidelines
• Manage acute and chronic-conditions autonomously
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records-using SystmOne
• Escalate care and refer to appropriate services when required

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (L7 MSc & V300)
• Proven experience working autonomously
• Confidence delivering care in a home visiting/community setting
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
• Experience with SystmOne (S1)
