About YouYou are an experienced Advanced Practitioner with a passion for delivering high-quality care in a primary care setting. You are NMC registered, with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status. You have a minor injury and illness qualification and are committed to maintaining and monitoring high standards of care. Ideally, you hold a Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner qualification, or you are accredited or working towards ACP status. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide care for patients from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.Demonstrate safe, evidence-based clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis for patients within general practice.Work ..... full job details .....
