Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Location:-Bradley Stoke, Bristol
Rate:26 - -29 per hour DOE
Hours:-3 days per week

Our practice is a welcoming, patient-focused GP practice in the heart of Bradley Stoke, looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled-Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)-to join our supportive multidisciplinary team and can offer an immediate start.

Your Role:
As an ANP, you will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of acute and long-term conditions. You will use your advanced clinical skills to provide safe, evidence-based care, and play a key role in improving patient access and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations, both face-to-face and via telephone/video
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of health conditions
• Prescribe medication and manage treatment plans
• Support chronic disease management and preventative healthcare
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure continuity of care

About You:

• Registered Nurse with relevant MSc or postgraduate qualification in Advanced Practice
• Independent Prescriber (V300) desirable
• Prior experience working within a GP surgery
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and a patient-centred approach
