Job Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for tackling key technologies such as mechatronics design, process control, and system integration for civil aircraft manufacturing robot equipment; leading the initiation and implementation of related major R&D projects.
• Responsible for the prototype development, testing, verification, and engineering iteration of civil aircraft manufacturing robot equipment.
• Responsible for establishing standardized R&D processes and knowledge management systems for civil aircraft manufacturing robot equipment.

- Job Requirements: -

• A doctoral degree with over 5 years of experience in equipment R&D, or a master''s degree with over 10 years of experience in equipment R&D, majoring in mechanical engineering, control science and engineering, aerospace science and technology, or related fields.
• A mid-to-senior level technical leader in a large aircraft manufacturing company.
• Complete experience in equipment development and industrialization.
• Ability to lead complex cross-departmental projects and possess team building and resource integration capabilities.

Candidates must be prepared to live and work in China for 1-3 years initial contract.
