They are seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes, supporting equipment design, automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives within a world-class manufacturing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of new manufacturing processes, equipment solutions and automation projects from concept through to production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers and technical specialists, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within agreed cost and timing targets. Leading the development of new manufacturing processes and equipment concepts. Supporting the specification, selection and procurement of manufacturing equipment. Acting as the technical lead for new equipment proposals and automation projects. Developing and maintaining equipment Statements of Requirements (SORs), technical specifications and documentation. Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish manufacturing standards and best practices.
