You will be responsible for providing nutritional support to patients and/or carers with Upper G.I. and Head and Neck tumour sites, supporting their nutritional needs throughout their treatment and care. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, managing and supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred nutritional care and ensuring appropriate dietary management is provided to meet individual clinical needs. Main duties of the job As a Specialist Dietitian, you will be responsible for contributing to Upper GI and Head and Neck tumour site pathways, including attending relevant MDT meetings and providing dietetic input as part of the patient pathway. You will also be responsible for delivering a dedicated Dietetic Oncology telephone clinic, enabling patients to access follow-up and advice.
