About the Role As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in Supporting OOH service delivering F2F clinical assessments. You''ll support and mentor colleagues, contribute to service evolution, and work closely with multi-professional teams covering OOH, telephone triage, clinical leadership, education, and quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, safe clinical consultations in line with policies, pathways and professional standards Provide senior clinical support and expertise to colleagues Apply autonomous clinical judgement to triage, assess, advise and safely refer or signpost patients Prescribe independently in accordance with policy and current antimicrobial guidance Maintain accurate records and promote continuity of care through efficient documentation Contribute to training, education, audit and service development activities ..... full job details .....
