The SAS service provides essential primary care support for patients who have been removed from mainstream GP practices due to challenging behaviours. Many patients have complex health and social needs, including trauma backgrounds, making this a highly rewarding opportunity to deliver meaningful, person-centred care and support rehabilitation. This role offers the chance to work autonomously while also being part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering both remote triage and face-to-face consultations. The service operates Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:30hrs.
