Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for RPA solutions. Apply advanced Blue Prism design principles and best practices to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient automation solutions. Develop and implement reusable objects and libraries within Blue Prism. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Blue Prism automations. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Optimize existing automations for performance and efficiency.
