We''re looking for Advanced Paramedic Practitioners to join our friendly, South East London team!Our APPs within Penrose Health are responsible for second-line triage, support, and diagnosis of patients with same-day queries. You will also lead other aspects of patient care including home visits, vaccinations, and more.We are offering permanent positions across several locations around South East London. You''ll practice alongside an MDT with experienced clinicians, providing opportunities for continuity of care and seeing cases develop from initial triage to resolution. Provide care for presenting patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills within general practice.Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, support policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.About us

Experience
Experience in a Primary Care setting.NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training, working towards non-medical prescriber status.Minor injury and illness qualification essential, with the ability to maintain standards of care.Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred; candidates with accreditation or MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.Disclosure and Barring Service Check
